During the summer our skin and hair get damaged due to the overexposure to sun. So, in the Autumn we start thinking how to reverse those damages. A wild rice is a great natural remedy. It stimulates cell growth and slows the signs of aging. Therefore this week I would like to introduce a SoMeat – Wild Rice Grilled Bell Pepper. This healthy and simple dish is a great snack or a light dinner.
Recipe
At the beginning prepare the SoMeat Aburiyaki following the instructions.

Cook the wild rice for about 30 min over a low heat, covered. ( 1/2 cup of wild rice with 1.5 cups of water)

Serve the grilled peppers with SoMeat-Wild Rice mix, as a healthy snack, appetizer or even a main course.
