This week I would like to introduce a SoMeat Watermelon Salad. During summer watermelons are so fresh, sweet and juicy, which creates a perfect balance with grilled flavor of SoMeat Aburiyaki. It is a light, but quite satisfying salad that provides hydration after a warm day. Let’s enjoy summer!

SoMeat Watermelon Salad

Ingredients

SoMeat Aburiyaki 100g
Watermelon 2 cups
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 1 teaspoon
Fresh Basil 4 leaves
Salt a pinch
Edible Flowers optional

Recipe

First, prepare the SoMeat Aburiyaki following the instructions. And cut into small, bite-size pieces.

Cut the watermelon into bite-size pieces. And sprinkle with the salt to get juicy and sweet bites.

In a bowl mix the watermelon and the SoMeat.
