This week I would like to introduce a SoMeat Vegan Nachos. This vegan skillet dip is perfect for azy evenings with movies. It is still quite chilly in the evenings so why not spending some quality time at home with quality food. I hope you enjoy!

SoMeat Vegan Nachos

Ingredients

SoMeat - Plant - Based Mince 100g
Tomato Sauce 100g
Cherry Tomatoes 6
Shishito Peppers 2
Tortilla Chips
Lime 1/4
Shredded Vegan Cheese
Spice Mix
 - chili powder 1 tablespoon
 - paprika 1/2 teaspoon
 - crushed red pepper flakes 1/4 teaspoon
 - oregano 1/4 teaspoon
 - ground cumin 1 1/2 teaspoons
 - salt 1 teaspoon
 - pepper 1 teaspoon
