This week, I would like to continue with Mexican cuisine and introduce SoMeat Tortilla Wraps. This super quick wraps are filled with vitamins – B6, C, E, potassium and fiber, and of course flavor. he unique combination of Grilled Aburiyaki and vegetables makes it a memorable dish. And it’s so fun to make! Let’s enjoy!

SoMeat Tortilla Wraps

Ingredients

SoMeat Aburiyaki 100g
Tortillas 4
Bell Pepper 2
Cherry Tomatoes 10
Avocado half
Lime
Shredded Vegan Cheese
Seasoning
 - chili powder 1 tablespoon
 - paprika 1/2 teaspoon
 - crushed red pepper flakes 1/4 teaspoon
 - oregano 1/4 teaspoon
 - ground cumin 1 1/2 teaspoons
 - salt 1 teaspoon
 - pepper 1 teaspoon

Recipe

First, prepare the SoMeat Aburiyaki following the instructions.

Cut the bell peppers into thin slices and fry them over a medium heat for about 2 min.
