This week I would like to introduce SoMeat Tacos, inspired by Mexican cuisine. Tacos are a delightful meal. They are perfect for the small gathering or family dinner. They can be customized to any taste with various topping. Furthermore, paprika and chili powder build immunity and promote healthy skin. A perfect combination of taste and beauty.

SoMeat Tacos

Taco Shells 6
Taco Seasoning
 - chili powder 1 tablespoon
 - paprika 1/2 teaspoon
 - crushed red pepper flakes 1/4 teaspoon
 - oregano 1/4 teaspoon
 - ground cumin 1 1/2 teaspoons
 - salt 1 teaspoon
 - pepper 1 teaspoon
Tomato Sauce 100g
Shredded Vegan Cheese
Cherry Tomatoes 6
Topping
 - Cucumber 1/2
 - Avocado 1/2
 - Carrot 1/4
 - Lime

In a frying pan, fry the SoMeat over a low heat for about 2 min, until golden brown.

Add the Taco Seasoning and mix. Then add the tomato sauce and simmer everything for about 2 min.
