SoMeat - Plant - Based Mince | 200g |

Taco Shells | 6 |
Taco Seasoning | |
- chili powder | 1 tablespoon |
- paprika | 1/2 teaspoon |
- crushed red pepper flakes | 1/4 teaspoon |
- oregano | 1/4 teaspoon |
- ground cumin | 1 1/2 teaspoons |
- salt | 1 teaspoon |
- pepper | 1 teaspoon |
Tomato Sauce | 100g |
Shredded Vegan Cheese | |
Cherry Tomatoes | 6 |
Topping | |
- Cucumber | 1/2 |
- Avocado | 1/2 |
- Carrot | 1/4 |
- Lime |

Add the Taco Seasoning and mix. Then add the tomato sauce and simmer everything for about 2 min.

Add the quartered cherry tomatoes and about 3 table spoons of the vegan cheese, mix everything until the cheese melts and turn off the heat.

Fill each taco shell with about 2 table spoons of SoMeat tomato sauce and add toppings. Sprinkle with lime and add some more cheese.
