This week I would like to introduce a summer dish – SoMeat Swiss Chard Wraps. This delicious salad is fun to eat and perfect as a party appetizer, or just a light dinner. It uses fresh Swiss Chard which is a nutritional powerhouse; rich in vitamins K,A and C, as well as a great source of magnesium, potassium, iron, and fiber. A fantastic dish to refill all the minerals after a hot day.
Add diced avocado and cucumber. Stir for about 2 min and turn off the heat. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Properly wash the Swiss Chard.
Prepare the SoMeat Swiss Chard Wraps by rolling 3. in the Swiss Chard Leaves. Serve with chili sauce for stronger taste.
