It is almost Christmas and I cannot imagine this time without Red Sauce Pasta and Meatballs. So this week I would like to introduce a SoMeat Red Ball Sauce Pasta. It is a kind and warming dish. Also bay leaves add a unique aroma to this dish. I hope you can enjoy Christmas with SoMeat.

SoMeat Red Ball Sauce Pasta

Ingredients

SoMeat - Plant - Based Mince 200g
Tomato Polpa 500g
Toast Bread 1 slice
Soy Milk 50 ml
Vegan Cheese shredded - 2 tablespoons
Chopped Parsley 2 tablespoons
Bay Leaf 3
salt and pepper

Form bite size SoMeat – Balls – about 11. Fry them over a medium heat until uniformly brown. ( about 5 min)
