September is a great time for camping. The temperatures are more comfortable and of course the beautiful autumn colors start showing. So this week I would like to introduce a BBQ recipe – SoMeat Pita with Dijon Sauce. Let’s enjoy the fresh air and a delicious meal with family and friends!
SoMeat Pita with Dijon Sauce
Serves 5-6 people

Sprinkle the cut vegetables with olive oil and lime and grill until soft. (about 15 min depending on the grill)

Grill the SoMeat Aburiyaki and Shogayaki for about 5 min.

In a bowl mix the Dijon mustard and the soy milk to make a Dijon Sauce.

Warm up the Pita bread.

Let everyone make their own SoMeat Pita starting with spreading the Dijon Sauce on the Pita bread. Don’t forget the sunflower seeds!
