We are in the middle of summer and temperatures are really high. In times like these, we need to take extra care of our bodies to provide enough water. Therefore, this week I would like to introduce a SoMeat Pineapple Fried Rice. Pineapple is an amazing fruit. It brings a feeling of tropical islands but is also very beneficial to the body. It hydrates the body and boosts immunity. Let’s try this dish and have a great summer!
Recipe

Cook the jasmine rice in 200ml of water.

Put the cooked rice into a pan and add the SoMeat.
Stir – fry with sesame oil over medium heat for about 1 min.

Add the chopped baby corn and red pepper to the rice and SoMeat and stir-fry until SoMeat gets brownish color.
Then turn off the heat.

Add a pinch of turmeric, salt and pepper to taste.
