This week I would like to introduce a SoMeat Omelette. This dish is so great as it can be eaten for breakfast or lunch, warm or cold. It is a great addition to a lunch box. Possibilities are unlimited !!!
Recipe
At the beginning prepare the SoMeat following the instructions.

Preheat the olive oil in the frying pan.

Fry the halved potato slices over a medium heat for about 3-4 min, until lightly gold. And turn off the heat.

In a bowl whisk soy milk and flour.

Pour the milk – flour mix into the frying pan with SoMeat.
Make sure all potatoes are covered.
Turn on the medium heat and fry for about 15-20 min.

Chop the vegan cheese and add it to the frying pan after about 5 min of frying.
Cover the frying pan and continue frying until all is set.

The omelette is ready when corners are dark brown and everything else is golden brown.
