Cannelloni is a traditional Italian dish. The beauty of it is that it can be filled with anything. So this week, I would like to introduce a Pan SoMeat – Mushroom cannelloni. It is also very easy to heat up, what makes it a perfect weekday lunch or dinner. Enjoy delicious combination of SoMeat – Mushroom and Italy.

SoMeat – Mushroom cannelloni

Ingredients

SoMeat - Plant - Based Mince 200g
Cannelloni Pasta 10
Tomato Polpa 500g
Mushrooms 6 medium size
Medium-Firm Tofu 100g
Salt and Pepper

Add filled cannelloni to the pan with tomato polpa and cook covered over a medium heat until softer. (about 15 min) Roll the cannelloni rolls from time to time.
