Take 3 leaves of Shiso and chop them.

Get your grill pan ready.

Grill potato and eggplant slices and Iburi-gakko and Shiso cutlets, until all get soft and juicy. ( about 7 min)

Warm up burger buns. ( I usually use my grill pan or oven)

Spread Dijon mustard on the bun and add lettuce, cheese, Iburi-gakko and Shiso cutlet, eggplant, avocado slice.
