This week, I would like to show you another way, how to use SoMeat – Herbal Balls. I really enjoy them, and sometimes even have them without anything. However, it’s getting warmer and warmer, we go out more and maybe even start thinking about a picnic. So how about a picnic with a refreshing SoMeat – Herbal Sub?
SoMeat – Herbal Balls

| SoMeat - Plant - Based Mince | 100g |
| Fresh Mint | 4 stems |
| Fresh Dill | 4 stems |
| Fresh Italian Parsley | 4 stems |
| Red Pepper Flakes | 1/2 teaspoon |
| Olive Oil | 1 tablespoon |
| For Creamy Sauce | |
| Soy Yoghurt | 50g |
| Fresh Dill | 2stems |
| Cucumber | 1/4 |
| Fresh Lemon Juice | 20ml |
| Pepper | to taste |

| Mint | few leaves |

SoMeat – Herbal Balls

Make about 9 medium-sized balls and fry them over a medium heat until golden brown. Stir when frying.
Creamy Sauce

In a bowl whisk the soy yoghurt with lemon juice. Then add finely chopped dill and diced cucumber. Add pepper to taste.

Warm up the bread, you want to use, to make it nice and crispy.

Spread the creamy sauce on the bread. Add some SoMeat – Herbal Balls and mint leaves, and make a sandwich.
