This week I would like to introduce a SoMeat Ginger Salad. This cold noodles salad combines a wide palette of tastes – spicy, sour, sweet. Also Bean Thread Noodles are rich in iron, which helps preserve vital body functions, including general energy and focus. We need those a lot to get back on track with work and school. SoMeat Ginger Salad

Ingredients

SoMeat Shogayaki (Ginger “Pork”) 100g
Bean Thread Noodles 100g
Fresh Parsley 4 stems
Fresh Mint 10 leaves
Sesame Oil 2 tablespoons
Chili Sauce 1 tablespoon
Cucumber 1/2
Lime 1/2
Crushed Peanuts 20 g - optional

First, prepare the SoMeat Shogayaki following the instructions and chop finely.

In a bowl, mix the sesame oil and chili sauce.
