This week I would like to introduce a SoMeat Ginger “Pork” Sandwich. This sandwich balances spicy ginger and sour pickles taste. Moreover, is full of textures and deliciously crispy. As it is getting warmer, it is a perfect sandwich for a lunch in the garden or on the balcony. It is also easy to make on the campsite. Let’s enjoy outdoors with SoMeat!

SoMeat Ginger “Pork” Sandwich

Ingredients

SoMeat Shogayaki (Ginger “Pork”) 100g
Bell Pepper 1
Vegan Cheese 3 slices
Pickled Cucumber 2
Baguette (half - 1/4 for a sandwich)

Recipe

First, prepare the SoMeat Shogayaki following the instructions and cut into bite-size pieces.

Then add diced pickles, mix everything together and cover with vegan cheese. Keep warming until the cheese melts.

Warm up the baguette – either on grill or in the oven.
