Thanks to this recipe you can fully enjoyed grilled taste without leaving the house. And rich in sulforaphane broccoli sprouts will protect your DNA and calm inflammation in your body. SoMeat English Muffin with Dijon Sauce

Ingredients

SoMeat Aburiyaki 100g
English Muffin 4
Bell Pepper red 1/2 and yellow 1/2
Broccoli Sprouts optional
Dijon Mustard 2 tablespoons
Soy Milk 2 table spoons
Dry Oregano 1 teaspoon
Olive Oil to sprinkle the Bell Pepper

Recipe

First, prepare the SoMeat Aburiyaki following the instructions. And cut into small, bite-size pieces.
