This week I would like to introduce a SoMeat Dried Tomatoes – Spinach Fettuccine Pasta. Spinach is a great source of various vitamins and antioxidants. It has a health-boosting potential, that is so important in the Autumn. Let’s enjoy a cold free Autumn.
Recipe

Cook the Fettuccine according to package directions and drain.

In a frying pan, toast the pine nuts over a medium heat, until lightly golden.

Add the SoMeat and the olive oil (if needed). Fry for about 2 min, until the SoMeat gets golden brown.

Wash the spinach and cut off the hard stems.

Turn off the heat.

Add cooked Fettuccine to the 8. Turn on the medium heat and warm up the dish while
stirring.

Serve with the Blue-Cheese and chervil.
