In December there are so many Christmas Parties and we tend to eat a lot. So the day after we don’t really feel like having a big meal. Halve the cherry tomatoes and mix them with olive oil. Season to taste with herbs, salt and pepper. Leave for about 5 min.

Add 1. to the SoMeat, mix and keep frying for about 5 min, until all nicely combined. ( You can add about 2 tablespoons of shredded vegan cheese for a richer taste.)

Serve warmed baguette with SoMeat – tomato sauce and fresh basil.
