This week I would like to introduce low in calories SoCurry Zoodles (about 100 kcal per serving). It is a delicious zucchini pasta spiced up with SoMeat Keema Curry. It is a warming but yet very light dish. Zucchini is rich in fiber, which keeps your appetite low and hence helps shaping your body for summer!

SoCurry Zoodles

Ingredients

SoMeat Keema Curry 1 pack -180g
Zucchini 1
Pine Nuts 15g
Pesto 2 teaspoons
Fresh Thyme to taste
Breadsticks optional

Spiralise zucchini to make zoodles.
