This week I would like to introduce super fast SoMeat – Keema Curry Summer Noodles.
This dish is inspired by traditional Japanese cold noodle salad. However, it can be served both Hot or Cold. All the vegetables are raw, which allows them to keep their nutritional value. This way we can enjoy the taste and vitamins – A, B and C.
Furthermore, baby corn adds a unique crispy texture. Enjoy with us!
Recipe
You can choose between hot or cold versions:
Hot:

Prepare the Somen noodles by following instructions on the package and strain.

Boil water in a pot and add Someat- Keema Curry pack to the boiling water. Allow to boil for about 1 min.

Pour the warmed SoMeat – Keema Curry into a dish and sprinkle with lime.

Add the coconut cream, Somen, baby corn and red pepper and mix.
Cold:

Prepare the Somen noodles by following instructions on the package and strain.

Chill the cooked Somen in ice water and strain.
